Born & raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, I attended Kitchener-Waterloo Collegiate Institute & Vocational School where I was able to learn from basketball coach Nick White for several years, returning after graduation to coach alongside Nick as well.
First joining the Toronto Raptors in 2012 as a volunteer monitoring STATS SportVU for the team, I was fortunate to be brought in as a Basketball Operations Assistant role in the front office for the 2013 season.
There I learned the inner workings of an NBA organization led by Masai Ujiri, Bobby Webster, Dan Tolzman, Teresa Resch & Keith Boyarsky.
From 2014 through 2021, I took on various roles as a member of the coaching staff:
-Assistant Video Coordinator (2014-17)
-Player Development Coordinator (2017-21)
-Assistant Coach - Raptors 905 (2020-22)
There I was able to learn under the leadership of Head Coaches Dwane Casey and Nick Nurse, becoming an NBA Champion in 2019.
Following my time with the Toronto Raptors, I coached collegiately as an Assistant Coach with the McMaster Marauders and the University of Toronto Varsity Blues as well as becoming a Head Coach overseas in Taiwan for the Taoyuan Leopards.
I currently live in Toronto, Canada with my family, coaching at Eurostep Basketball in Etobicoke, Ontario.
